Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajhi Takaful) has appointed Abdullah Sulaiman Al Rajhi as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 30 May 2021.

Al Rajhi Takaful also named Saud Abdullah Al Rajhi as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same period that ends on 29 May 2024, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) approved on 2 July for the listed firm to appoint the two new officials.

Earlier this year, the company announced the resignation of its CEO, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Sedeas.

Meanwhile, SAMA has recently renewed the practice insurance activity licence for Al Rajhi Takaful for three years.
